Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of inmyjet.com (the "Site") and the inMyJet network, operated by LV Aero LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("inMyJet", "we", "us"). By using the Site or applying for membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

inMyJet is a private, members-based aviation network. It provides a discreet venue for members to publish and view aircraft listings and job postings, maintain professional profiles, request introductions, and inquire about aircraft and services. inMyJet is an information and connection platform. Except where we are expressly engaged in writing to provide brokerage or advisory services, inMyJet is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any transaction between members or third parties.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may decline, suspend, or terminate membership at our discretion.

Listings and other information are provided by members or third parties and are offered on an "as is" basis. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, condition, title, or availability of any aircraft, listing, or opportunity. You are responsible for your own due diligence, inspections (including pre-purchase inspection), valuations, and professional, legal, and financial advice.

5. Brokerage and professional services

Any brokerage, advisory, management-oversight, assessment, or similar service is provided only under a separate written engagement, which will set out its scope, fees, and terms. Aircraft transactions are concluded directly between the principals and their advisors. Nothing on the Site is an offer, solicitation, or guarantee of any transaction, price, or outcome.

6. Confidentiality

The network handles sensitive, off-market information. You agree to keep confidential any non-public information you receive through inMyJet and to use it only for the purpose for which it was shared. Additional confidentiality agreements (such as a non-disclosure agreement) may apply to specific opportunities.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, and the inMyJet name and branding are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use them without our prior written permission. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, inMyJet and LV Aero LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost opportunities, or transaction losses, arising from your use of the Site or the network.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless inMyJet, LV Aero LLC, and its representatives from claims arising out of your use of the Site, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. (Preferred venue and dispute-resolution method to be confirmed with counsel.)

12. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion.
